This is how I could tell my bulk wasn’t working. I’m GAINING ab definition instead of losing it. So I was able to LOSE body fat on 2,000 calories a day (take note all of you 1,200 calorie dieters!). The kicker is I do cardio *maybe* once a week. So now it makes sense that my maintenance is 2,155 calories.
I’m going to up my intake to 2,350 and start packing on the big muscle :)
